APPLICATION PROCESS AT A GLANCE

Starting your academic journey with UAM-GOLDSTATE CAMPUS is simple, structured, and supportive. The first step is to register through our online registration system. Once you complete your registration, our admissions team will contact you with details of the documents required for vetting. If your application meets the entry requirements and is approved by the admissions board, you will receive an offer of study together with a formal study agreement, marking the beginning of your learning experience with us.

For applicants who are unsure of their eligibility, our dedicated Student Advisory Service is available to assist. Our advisors will review your credentials and guide you through the requirements for your chosen program before you commit to registering. You can reach the Student Advisory Service by email at info@ghana.my-university.com or by phone at +233 (0) 248080961 or +233 (0) 2720027121. This ensures that every applicant receives personalised advice and clarity before proceeding with the admissions process.

Our academic programs are offered across two main intakes each year: the Summer Semester (beginning on 15th May) and the Winter Semester (beginning on 15th November). In addition, some programs offered in cooperation with partner institutions may have different start dates, which will be communicated to applicants directly. For doctoral-level study, applications are open year-round, providing maximum flexibility for research-focused candidates.

We recommend registering well in advance, ideally 3 to 6 months before the intended start date, to secure your place and prepare for a smooth transition into study. If you have questions, you can book a free consultation with the Student Advisory Service.
