This Doctoral Launchpad Program is a structured, short-term workshop designed to bridge the gap between a master’s degree and the rigors of doctoral studies and research.

Unlike theoretical foundation courses, this outcome-focused program provides hands-on proposal development, one-on-one faculty mentorship and training in digital tools for doctoral studies and research. Its core objective is to equip aspiring doctoral candidates with the skills and confidence to transition into doctoral studies, transform research problem ideas into complete, defendable research proposals within four (4) to eight (8) weeks.

By the end of this workshop, participants will:

• Understand the expectations, scope, and rigor of doctoral-level study.
• Develop the ability to identify research-worthy problems and formulate questions.
• Gain familiarity with key research methodologies and approaches.
• Strengthen academic writing, referencing, and scholarly communication skills.
